Excellent customer service! I was very pleased with the straightforward bid I received and the prompt response. Logan helped me go over options for repairing my hot tub and quickly fixed a leaking valve. It's rare to find someone in this industry who responds without trying to upsell and I appreciate that so much!

OUTSTANDING!!! I stumbled onto Aqua Advantage through a Facebook ad and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. Logan is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It has been such a gift to have help with maintaining our spa. Logan doesnt just test the water, he cleans the filters, adds water as needed, cleans the spa cover and balances the water as appropriate. Logan is a phenomenal communicator if anything in his schedule changes or if we have questions in between visits. Hes personable and personal, building trust and rapport starting with the first contact. Highly recommended!

Awesome to work with! Called them out because I couldnt get my hot tub to stop tripping the disconnect breaker. Quickly diagnosed the problem and got it working. Super responsive, helpful, answered all my questions!
