Not very happy with Heritage VW. Had to return a 2nd time to pick up my car because they where unable the 1st time to run my VW credit card because they didnt know how to do it / they upgraded their system and couldnt figure out how to charge that card. I came back the second day on My own expense (Uber).

My experience was nothing outside SPECTACULAR! Ive been driving Volkswagen since late 2022 & my salesman since has passed on BUT the experience is still in the building. Alex with his experience made my just to see how far this trade in can go visit turned into me walking out the door with what I wanted. But of course, that was the works of the finance manager. He was very professional as well. I love driving Volkswagen now because I know anytime I go there, Ill be taken care of.
