Hugo was honest and helpful. He did the work as promised and in a timely manner. I will know in the coming weeks if the problem is resolved. The year warranty gives peace of mind. Overall, I think it was a good experience.

HM Plumbing was recommended to me by Phyn LLC to install their automatic shutoff valve. Even though my home was slightly beyond their regular service area they still agreed to do the work. This was important to me as I wanted someone familiar with this new product to perform the installation. Nathan and his assistant arrived well within the agreed upon timeframe. They surveyed my environment and then worked with me to ensure the unit was installed correctly but also in a location that would provide convenient future access for me. I can enthusiastically recommend Nathan and HM Plumbing to anyone who values quality and professionalism.

I will not call this company again. The plumber visited to determine the source of a leaking. It happen that was from my HVAC unit so he did not make any repairs. He told me to call a HVAC company. Then he asked me if he could check for leaks throughout the condo. He did not tell me he was going to charged me for "checking" but he did charge over a $100 for a 2 minutes check. I think he was very dishonest for not stating the cost of the check before hand.

The plumber came, did an incorrect diagnostic, replaced something that was not even wrong, did not take any pictures of the problem only the toilet, charged an enormous amount. The leak happened again after a week, the same plumber returned, advised he was with a new guy, said the correct issue is the toilet size instead and asked for more money.When i called the VP, Redmond Hill, to address my concern, he spoke in such a rude manner and hung up. He showed complete lack of respect and care to the customer. I would never expect this from the vice president of a company.This company is a scam. They charge for issues that is not even a problem, “fixes” them, then says that was never the correct issue. This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau
