Green Basements & Remodeling

We had the best experience with Green Basements and Remodeling! Right from the start with Mark giving us an estimate, he made sure he stayed in our budget and didn't try to over sell us on anything, while also staying in contact with us the whole way through our design and the start of the project. The design team was spectacular and helped to get our ideas on onto paper. Then Roy (our PM), his co-worker Matt, and Cynthia took over the creation of the basement. Roy told us how long it would take and stayed in touch with us the whole time. He made sure to send us updated every week with what was happening that week so we wouldn't have to ask all the time. He was also always reachable via text/call when we had any questions or changes. My wife and I have zero complaints with Green. They did exactly what they said they would and delivered the results in the time they promised, all while staying in the budget we agreed to. Great work by everyone who made this basement design come true at Green! Highly recommend and make sure you ask for Mark, Roy, and Matt!

Green did a great job on our basement. The work was very high quality and on time. We were very happy with the process, all of the subs that worked, and our project manager (Michael Thomas) who responded to all of our questions and needs. I would 100% recommend Green.

We had a complete kitchen remodel done in November & December of 2023. Roy Dancy and the team at Green Basement & Remodel were amazing! We LOVE our new kitchen and definitely would recommend them to anyone who asks! Thanks again Roy!

Green Remodeling took the daunting task of converting our 1700 square foot attic into additional living and made it a smooth build out. The design and estimating helped us reconfigure the floor plan to meet our teams. The build out took four months and our project manager, Michael, was on top of every detail. He was at our house each morning before the work got started. All of the crews were respectful and incredibly hard working.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work that GBR did on our project. They were professional, patient and communicated well throughout the entire process from estimate to completion. I did my due diligence and got estimates for our project from four different companies. Although GBRs estimate was not the cheapest, what set GBR apart from the rest, was their professionalism and consistency. The estimator came pretty soon after I made the first contact with GBR. After his visit, I visited the show room and worked with the designer to pick out most of the key items such as floor, counter, cabinets, pulls, light fixtures. In the two hours I spent in the showroom with the designer, I felt very confident in their ability for this project. I had plenty of questions for both the estimator and designer and they were answered promptly and with detailed explanation if needed. The designer worked closely with me to come up with our final plan. The 3D renderings were very helpful. We chose to do a cellar as well as a custom golf simulator space, which required a lot of back-and-forth communication. Once the project commenced, I worked closely with the PM Blake Petty, who was also very professional and patient and available to answer questions. Our project got delayed a couple of times due to adjustments needed to the space to fit the golf simulator and picking out the right cellar cooling unit. However, Blake and his assistant Keenan were on top of it and worked closely with the companies and me to come up with solutions. I got to know the different crews that came in for the different jobs and they were experts and efficient in their trade. The carpenter team did a fabulous job with the trim wall as well as my hidden door concept idea for the cellar and bathroom. Giovanni and his teammate made the golf simulator space look so professional with proper installment of padding and turf. Manuel was meticulous and customized each cellar rack perfectly. My live edge bar is probably the most admired and Noe (the painter) was patient and thorough and did multiple sample stains on wooden pieces to make sure I got what I wanted and created the most beautiful live edge bar. Their electrician Marcel was very knowledgeable. We were stuck on what to do for the cellar lighting because the original plan didnt seem to match what I had in mind. Marcel came up with the lighting idea and with his help we were able to create the lighting like the Instagram inspiration as well as automization of the lighting in the cellar. Helder did the HVAC and Cellar. With his help, we were able to plan the ducts so that we could keep more ceiling height in the simulator area. I had given GBR two specific Instagram visions and asked them to recreate it for the bathroom and the cellar. And though it took a little time to work through the kinks, they created it like my vision if not better. And although our project took longer than we had hoped and planned, I appreciate Blake and his team for executing the project so wonderfully. The finished product is exactly we had envisioned and we couldnt be happier with the results. I would highly recommend GBR to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch remodeling company. Five stars all around!
