      image I called to ask about availability of eclipse glasses, and I was put on hold for 25 minutes. I got tired from waiting, so I decided to go quickly and buy them. Whoever answered the phone call needs to know that is not the way to treat anybody.

      image Went in Lowes Austell Sunday morning for chicken coop build supplies. Had about $300-$350 worth of supplies, get to the self check out register 3 pieces of ply wood didnt have tags on them. The lady says Im sorry you have to go take a picture of the tag, annoying but no biggie. I go back look at the remaining pieces left which had no tag as well so I took the picture and went back to the front.( Mind you I had to push all the wood around with me because she said it could stay in the front.) I show her the picture and she says its not pulling up you need to go look for an item number or something. Getting pissed now. I start walking back again and she yells out sir you cant leave your cart here!!. I turn around and said you know what I can leave it there because Im not spending one dime in here! So since it cant stay there you push it back very unprofessional, didnt call anyone to check for price check and after I showed her the picture with the item picture and price clearly visible. Will stick to Home Depot from know on. This may not hurt Lowes or they may not care but just a needed to let other know.
