Beautiful arrangement. I ordered online and they followed up with a few questions to be sure they did what I wanted. Would definitely use them again.

I paid over $130 and this is what my mother got a day late! Looks like it was what was dropped on the floor. Even my mother said, if she could drive she would return them. So disappointed!

Why bother ordering from them? I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 special bouqets early am on Valentines Day on their website because it said it could be delivered same day. I put in the correct address and both orders never arrived. Where it was placed was at the wrong building (bldg 400 but was delivered to bldg 455, why?) and one of the balloons was totally deflated so it kinda killed the whole surprise effect and excitement of the whole purpose for the gift in the first place. So unhappy and frustrated by this company. Similar to what many other reviews mentioned, noone seemed to care. I called and texted and noone answered. Luckily I had received a call earlier from the driver, so I called that number and only received 1 reply. So frustrating. Killed the whole mood. My girlfriend had to drive all around looking for it and felt uncomfortable going to people's door to retrieve it. Then to find a completely limp balloon? I appreciated the same day delivery for sure, but please deliver to correct home and ensure your balloons dont deflate.
