Bought a washer that was almost impossible to start. Said it was a GE thing. And there was nothing wrong with it. He said I could upgrade if I wanted and I said I wanted to and then He ghosted me.

I initially purchased a matching set washer and dryer from Bradley. He arrived the following day on time, after finalizing the purchase by phone & text. Both the washer and dryer were professionally installed. My first impressions of Bradley and his assistant (my apologies, I can not remember their name) were that they both were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after only my first wash, there were problems with the washing machine. I called and explained the situation and there was no hesitation or argument and Bradley was at my home promptly with a replacement machine. Since then both the washer and dryer have been working perfectly. His prices are unbeatable and his customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a high quality used washer/dryer with a 30 day warranty. Thanks Brad!
