I would not recommend this company to anyone dealing with an already stressful situation. I do not believe my best interest was at the forefront of their work. Very poor communication, rude employees, and very vague conversations. I was rear ended and injured by a company vehicle that fled the scene and they were incapable of doing their job. My insurance paid for my treatment, and now I will be responsible for paying higher insurance payments. I 100% would not recommend them to anyone. Do your research before hiring an attorney. I was told Dont worry about bills, you were hit by a company vehicle. Well here we are and Ill be paying for my injuries caused by said company vehicle. I hired them RIGHT after my accident as I did not know what to do. I was never educated how to handle it, and they then turned around and used my lack of knowledge against me. That is why I called the professionals.

Chapter 13 fiasco. This is the worst decision Ive ever made! I was led to believe this would help me consolidate my debts with one monthly payment but what they dont tell you is that anyone that comes along and says you owe them are quickly added to a list with little or no vetting. I happened to have a father and a son with the same name and could very likely be paying their debts as well as my own. You cant request documents because its either a cost or an inconvenience. Your made to feel like your asking too much for what these legals are being paid and then youll have to pay more! Ive been spoken to on several occasions by paralegals and assistants like Im beneath them or a bothersome person leading me to respond in kind. Ive refiled my Chapter 13 due to issues with my home owners insurance which caused 2 attorney fees but the new debt just seemed to skyrocket. Beware what your getting into because youll get threatened with losing your home and property for not towing the line. I went into this with such high hopes and now I apparently cant even refi my home without asking permission first. Its disgusting especially knowing that attempting to refi my home would pay off all my debts and right now its hopeless unless I come up with $525 just to get permission to refi or sell my own home. Dont trust attorneys who will tell you theyve got your back because its probably a lie!
