I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but having Jessica clean my teeth was an absolute joy. Everyone is skilled and very caring. I highly recommend Harbor Point Dental Care.

I have now experienced a cleaning last month and a crown today. Dr. E and Melissa made me SO comfortable here. I am very nervous in the dentist chair. Dr. E gave me injections so I wouldn't have any pain. Melissa was so pleasant to explain all to me. She was very calm and efficient. Dr. E was excellent. Great personality and efficient. Today, Melissa made a temporary crown. I will return in two weeks for the permanent one. Digital photos were taken, and the Lab will use them to form the crown. Clean, efficient, made me 100% comfortable. Harbor Point Dental is going to be my permanent dental facility.

So I setup a new patient appointment and cleaning. Cleaning went well. I also have a small issue with one tooth. They told me what they needed to do and that it would be $17 out of pocket. I scheduled to have it done but it had to be canceled because dentist was out sick. No problem, it happens. Today I received a balance of $20. I asked what the purpose of that bill was. They told me when I had the cleaning that for them to repair the one tooth it would be $17 out of pocket. I made the reservation which was later canceled because the dr was sick. So I guess my cleanings are no longer free. When they asked if I was ready reschedule the other appointment I asked them to verify the cost. They don't understand why it was only $17 and that it would cost more. I did not reschedule. I don't like paying different amounts. Good luck with this place. well it's been 9 months and i thought, they had fixed the bill. I decided I would try one more time, we all make mistakes... I called and was able to come in the next day for a cleaning, i was thinking wow that was fast. I show up for my cleaning to be told I have a outstanding bill (here we go again) > explained to the lady I was only there once and it was for a cleaning. She told me that the did x-rays that my insurance did not paid for and that when doing the cleaning there was a area they needed to do a deep cleaning so that was also extra. To me it seemed like a everyday type of cleaning. I asked the lady at the desk why would I not be told about this before its done? The answer was, that happens sometimes.. What is happening here is this place is freely adding charges on your bill... Now i see why they have so many openings. The patients are running from this place... Now that I've wasted my time because of them, this time I'm reporting to the BBB and DBPR as well as review everywhere I can People if you decide to still go here, get a signed document of what the bill will be and what your insurance will cover this way they can't add extras and surprise you with a bill in the mail!!!

What an amazing place! I couldnt be happier. This is the second time Harbor Point Dental helps me with my dental emergencies! Its clean, staff is very friendly and welcoming. I felt safe, and honestly could tell they cared about making me comfortable and making sure they did all they could to help me. I love it and I wont be going anywhere else!! Thank you again for making me feel secure and safe.
