Firestone on 60 is definitely my go to place, they know our vehicle, they are always helpful, knowledgeable, patient, good customer service all the time, and they take their time to explain everything!

I called on Saturday 16 March 2024 and asked if I could get a leaking valve stem replaced.... But was blown off on the phone and told they would call me back a tell what they could for me....no phone call ....ever. Made an appointment for Monday 18, 2024 at 2:45pm. Had car checked at 2:45. Several bays open. I called at 5:40pm and was told car wasn't ready and that they would call when it was. Went to get car at 6:15 because I needed my car for work. I was told I would have to wait until the next day. No one called me. People were smartasses on the phone. But a simple job became an ordeal. I was buying tires....been customer for 15 to 20 years....combat veteran....and I was totally disrespected.
