        The pizza is pretty good, although it's a bit expensive. The restaurant is a bit run-down looking, although overall, I'd recommend. The service was good, staff was friendly.

        We ordered 2 different times in the past month. First time they couldnt find the pizza, then they did after 5 minutes. Second time, they didnt have it at all. 2 strikes youre out!

      Hello Jenn,I hope you said something to staff. We would have gladly made you a fresh slice. IL Panificio is a thin crust pizza, so I am not sure how the dough could be raw. We strive to give out guests the best and I am sorry we did not meet your expectations.
