        Sherwin-Willams in Crestview Saved me this weekend! I tend to do things when my family is out out town. Months ago I was going to another store (THAT I WILL NOT NAME) to match paint color to the walls in my house. I lost hope. Finally, I went back to that store this week with the bucket and they told me to go to Sherwin Williams. This is when I meet Leonard! He was truly a life saver! He was able to do the perfect color match that the other store told me was impossible. I MEAN PERFECT! Because of Leonard I gained so much knowledge about paint. I had no idea and because of him taking the time to explain, being kind, empathy for my situation, you have a customer for life! I am very grateful for his time, professionalism, and patience with me during this short time period. It is Sunday and my husband returns tomorrow. Talk about getting the exact paint in the nick of time. THANK YOU LEONARD AND GOD BLESS! He needs to be a Regional Manager or something but that store would lose a great employee. I really hope corp. recognize their star employees.

        Leonard was such a joy. He was so helpful. He had me looking at paints in different lights. I am very sure of the colors I chose because of his helpfulness. He is so full of life and fun. He had us laughing and we had such a great time with him, definitely, we will be looking for him when we go back.

        I definitely recommend working with Leonard (Think I spelled that right). If there was an award for best customer service, he would definitely qualify.

        Leonard at Sherwin Williams is the best !! I walked in with no idea what I was looking for except a Pinterest photo. He took the time to explain lighting and even went through a color consultation ! He didnt push me to make any purchases. His customer service is superb and his knowledge of paint color choices are 20/10 !!
