Outstanding!!! They were kind and positive right from the start, and went right to work, never wasted time. They unloaded a full 26' Truck into a 3 bedroom, two-floor townhouse in less than two hours, and then helped by putting the crib and dining room table together, and any other assistance I asked of them. Truly great service with great attitudes, I couldn't have asked for better help. Thank you Bigfoot!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Ive used Big Foot many times and have always been happy with them. Ryan, Nick and Jared were great! That being said I had a total of 6.5 hours and 2.5 was drive time to and then back home which was an hour on front end and 1.5 hours to go back home in Crestview at $185 per hour. Thats $462 of the $1200 total. More than 1/3 of total bill. This may be industry standards and if so Id just be sure and try to get the closest company you can. I hate for them To lose business over this but, it just doesnt make any sense to hire a company that you have to pay that kind of trip fee when its just not necessary if you use a closer company Maybe a lesser drive time fee that covers employees hourly rate but, theyre just driving down the road at $185 per hour. I understand that the employer has to pay his employees as soon as they start and that includes drive time but, $185 an hour?? 1/3 of total bill? I like Big Foot and their crew and highly recommend them but, I cant afford that trip charge. Hire some one close to you.

Wow talk about an impressive Moving Service. We did a DIY move from Arizona to Florida, and all of our stuff was in two ABF U-Pack Trailers, and a 36 foot owner cargo trailer. Ryan, Wick, Jeremy and Jared were here at the appointed time and with all the necessary moving equipment to help unload the trailers. 6.5 hours late the work was done and nothing was scratched or damaged during the unloading and moving of stuff into house, and shop. Excellent communication from the start to the end with Mick. They moved all of my woodworking equipment (which are large/bulky items and a large gun safe as well and they handled it like just another day - no worries. I would recommend to move any household or business equipment you might have. Thanks again men!.
