Jeremy and his crew are a dream!!! I've managed more repairs for my building and condo over the last 8 years than I care for, some were outright nightmares (!!) and I've had to interact with all sorts of contractors, companies, etc. I picked Jeremy and IDS because I knew I would have peace of mind and everything would get done *right*. Jeremy is *extremely* knowledgable, especially with older construction and historic homes, thorough, trustworthy, reliable, and cares. He has often advised on repairs/upgrades for our building. When my condo was damaged due to massive water intrusion, Jeremy was the one I called to figure out the residual moisture issue after the association interviewed a series of specialists, architects, building envelope specialists, etc. IDS came in to redo my *entire* northern wall, i.e., - remove all the plaster and built-ins, molding, etc. - repoint the interior - seal to make everything water tight - install drywall - replace molding, built-ins, etc. - paint. Jeremy always explains everything, sharing his expertise, knowledge, pros and cons. He catches every detail and insists on perfection. Chris ensured all projects ran smoothly. Jose and Abdulio worked nonstop, rapidly, always punctual, polite, respectful. They brought in air filters, dehumidifiers, constantly cleaning daily, etc., and did everything to minimize any impact. When the project was done, Jeremy walked through and went above and beyond to fix things even I missed and more, whatever they saw along the way while they were working because they take pride in their work. My place was cleaned from top to bottom and left spotless, water tight, and beautiful -- looks better than when I got it! I felt like I got a whole new place! PS When I told my neighbors the project would take 12-15 days, everyone laughed at me and said, riiiight, told me to brace myself for months. Whenever everything was said and done on time, everyone asked me for IDS's contact details.

We picked IDS from a total of five candidates to replace our roof. We were impressed by the level of detail in the estimate. During the repair process, the crew addressed all our concerns. After the work was complete, Gary did a detailed check and found a handful of minor details that still needed to be addressed - details we would have missed, frankly, and then returned with his team and spend a morning making everything right. We're very pleased with the result.

Inifinity Design was highly recommended to me and the recommendation certainly met expectations. The team was professional, the quality of the work superb. I appreciated having a project manager who coordinated the many components associated with our project and checked with me that all met my satisfaction. Like with any project, there were unexpected issues and the Infinity Design team made sure that all was properly resolved, sometimes quite creatively! I would highly recommend this company and would turn to them without hesitation for my future projects.

IDS cleaned out our old cement between our porch and sidewalk and replaced it with new concrete. It looks great. We are pleased to recommend their work.
