        I just got an Erie auto insurance policy with Shervin today. He was super friendly, helpful, and efficient! I haven't had to process any claims through Erie yet, but it seems like Shervin will be very responsive and easy to communicate with.

At no point did I feel any pressure and he did his best to answer all of my questions. I felt like we became friends by the end of our conversation.
