        I have multiple business and personal account with Chase. I called during the morning to see if a notary was in that day. I was informed yes, the notary was busy in the morning, but if I arrived before 2pm she could see me. I arrived at 1:30pm per the instruction and was turned away. The notary was technically available (I saw her in the office) but needed a break before a meeting at 2pm. I was asked to return after 3pm. As a working professional, it was hard enough to get time out of my day to arrive at 1:30. I dont know what I could have done differently here. I rely on my bank to do business, occasionally its time sensitive, and its a problem when they make it so that I cant do business.

        Very rude and unhelpful staff. It took an hour for the most basic bank-to-bank wire transfer. I would not come back to this branch again.
