        I like the fact they have updated appliances. Security and police officers walk the buildings. The rental office is about to update everyones building door in the community. I been here 3 months and have not seen any bugs or rodents. I give Woodberry Villiage

      Woodberry Village

      Our spacious One and Two-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Recently updated onsite laundry facilities and well maintained grounds. The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.
