This year is the 2nd year using Natural Lawn of America. The quality of lawn treatments used for my lawn is outstanding. The professionalism from the office professionals to the lawn technician has been nothing but excellence. My lawn in the 23 years of having other companies treat it has never looked this healthy until we switched to Natural Lawn of America. By the way it is an organic approach to fertilizing the lawn as well as maintaining weed control. Lauren is my go-to person in the office, very pleasant and she will help with any questions. Wyatt F. We quickly fired our last company after the first application with Natural Lawn. The care and concern of this company is amazing. They did a soil test to make sure my grass is getting exactly what it needs not just treating everyone with the same ingredients. They called and checked to see if we were satisfied and ask about us. I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. not to mention my grass has looked greener and better than it ever has. Services: Grass seeding, Mosquito extermination, Weed control

We had a mostly crabgrass and weed lawn. For many years we avoided any lawn treatments or chemicals to protect our dogs. Finding NaturaLawn via observing neighbor yards they treated led us to inquire and have the pet-safe natural treatments and aeration/seeding. After 2 full seasons it's a gorgeous yard and gets many compliments. We are especially pleased as we are at the entrance of our neighborhood and happy to show this beautiful lawn as part of civic pride. Services: Grass seeding, Weed control, Lawn pest control

It's now been 2 years since becoming a Natural Lawn of America customer. And I couldn't be happier. The entire operation is top notch from (Lauren) in customer service to (Bryce) my technician. Lauren is always available when I need to speak with someone. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Bryce is knowledgeable, courteous , and always willing to answer any question I may have while servicing my property. Bryce always cleans up afterwards blowing any applied product off driveway and walkways. I've had other lawn care company's in the past and Natural Lawn of America is the best in my opinion , based on the communication I receive , promptness of service and the appearance of my lawn. Thank you Natural Lawn of America. I look forward to another year of outstanding service.

This company has terrible customer service and manager does not show any level of care or ability to work through problems. No ability to provide evidence of communication that the company states occurred related to billing and questions. They do not email bills on a regular invoicing like most companies. The manager and associate named Lindsay is rude, unprofessional, and they make it hard to do business. When quitting the service they could care less. They literally are accusatory and combative when a client asks questions and shares attempts to resolve problems. Worst service ever. Truly unprofessional, couldnt care less about the client and so willing to lose business. Lauren is the one within the crew that cares. Thank you Lauren for your professionalism and best wishes to you.
