I had an appointment today! With DelCare Health Solutions I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. The front desk was excellent. The staff took me in the back and explained my upcoming appointment in detail. Dr Nadine Lindsay was very professional she answered all my questions and great detail. She went above and beyond to help me understand everything that I was asking her about my health which I definitely appreciate. I was very happy with the phlebotomist because I'm a hard stick she did not hurt me at all. This office gets stars from me. I was very impressed with their outstanding professionalism. I will be definitely making another appointment this is my doctor's office now. And they will definitely get recommendations from me. Thanks!

This woman is a liar. A lot of people can say the staff members yes some of them are nice but as far as NP Lindsey, I dont like how she did me, she tried to act as if I was a dumb, fat, black woman who didnt know anything about diabetes, and basically her attitude was who give a damn , The fact that she went into demonstration showing me what supposedly my blood looks like with my numbers running high, she never asked me why my numbers were running that high or you may need some help or she needed to look a little bit deeper. She didnt do any of that She let me get bloodwork done and then walk around for a couple of weeks, not knowing that the functioning of my kidneys had dropped from 83% last year going into this year to 58 %. Thats something you might wanna reach out and call that patient and let them know whats going on. She did not call me to tell me anything. Me going in is only for them to get paid for me to show up like thats common sense, yeah you want me to show up because you get paid every time I sit in front of you , you dont care whether I walk out of here and my numbers drop.or that Im taking the right insulin. You dont care about that. And yes some staff members not all of them are not rude, because I have seen a few of them that are very nice and then I have seen the ones that look at you and laugh and do the snickering or whatever, yeah so I dont know to but I will not be returning back to her facility her professionalism is a little off

I did my FNP clinical rotation at Delcare Health Solution for over 4 months. It is the best and most worthwhile experience received. Dr Lindsay is phenomenal and very inspirational. Her level of knowledge and great critical thinking skills is not comparable to none. She is flexible and best of all spend time to educate me as a student. The other staffs there such as Felicia, Carly and Nicole are also great support to the establishment. They are proficient in their roles to help the patients get the best experience at Delcare.
Additionally, after seeing how great Dr Lindsay is, I made her my primary care provider and is now receiving quality healthcare to suit my needs. THANK YOU DELCARE FOR MOULDING ME WITH GREAT EXPERIENCE in caring for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
