Horrible service. I was looking to trade in my current iPhone for the new one. According to Ernesto, who had an annoyed attitude from the beginning, said I couldnt trade in my current iPhone because I had to pay my current phone in full. I showed him that it was not the case because Ive traded my phone many times with Verizon without having to pay in full as long as my phone was in good condition. I even showed him the messages that I received from Verizon saying that if I traded it in, they would pay off the remaining balance. At least, admit you were wrong but I ended leaving and when I check my account, it gave me the option to upgrade my phone without having to pay balance in full. I went back into the store to notify him that he was wrong and he said well you can talk to my manager right over there. Last thing I was going to do was talk to the manager if the service was already bad as soon as I walked into the store. I already get bad services in certain areas and to then deal with a disgusting attitude from an employee after being with Verizon for a long time. Ill be switching over to another provider.
