        The service was very bad. I usually go to the one in Stamford which always provides exceptional service, but was in Stratford so I decided to go to this one. I needed a chemical that was behind three palettes and they refused to move them saying that I could either buy a different chemical or go to another location an hour away because they wouldnt move it. Do not recommend this location at all.

        The staff is so horribly rude, unhelpful, and useless. I know it is hard to find good help but these people are just awful. It wasn't just one time, its every time I've been there. I see based on the reviews other people have had the same experience. The staff do not want to provide you service, they just give you attitude and hard time as if you are an annoyance. Whatever happened to customer service? From now on I will do myself a favor and go ANYWHERE else, drive farther and pay more, I wont bother giving SiteOne Landscaping in Stratford my business.
