My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about Modern Home Solutions. Devion and his team were responsive and knowledgable. Using the SmartE loan program seemed challenging until Devion walked us through each step. The specialized teams that worked to complete the replacement windows (entire house) were talented with attention to every detail. We will absolutely trust them with any future projects exclusively.

If youre looking for an honest and knowledgeable contractor, look no further than Modern Home Solutions. I have referred multiple clients to Devion that need remodeling while using a renovation loan program. Not only do they do great work, but Devion is also excellent at timely communication. The price is realistic, and the value is second to none. You should give Devion and his team a call to see what they can do for you.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Devion. He came out and took photos, presented realistic quotes, and over delivered. Not to mention his amazing character as a person. This is the type of person I would feel comfortable with being in my home even without my being there. I can only rant and rave about the work he did as well. After countless rain storms and resulting damage, he spent a few hours and completely fixed my issue with a smile the whole time. 8/5 stars. Devion is great! Hes super knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Hes always on whatever project I send his way and his network of service professionals is fantastic. Definitely calling Devion for all of the things in my punch list. Services: Fan installation, Plumbing services
