If you do decide to use the company - explain at the start that you want to inspect the job before they pack up. On my house he was packed up and gone. As you can see from the photos a few spots where they missed.

First time I used them was to soft-wash my roof. They completely messed up and had to return, with Alex, the owner, who agreed it was incorrectly done. He watched while it was redone, at no charge. I decided to give them another opportunity and use them to clean my gutters a few months ago, and they did a fantastic job. As a result, I made an appointment a week ago and they agreed to show up before noon, today. I waited and waited and finally texted. I was told they had sent over a work order and it had been refused. They sent me a screenshot and it was to a different person, a guy, with an entirely different name than mine. They said my account was deactivated, as a result, even though I'd been texting, and they had a second number which they could've called if they'd chosen to, to see what the mix-up was. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. I've requested to speak to the owner and was told he's busy. Well, so am I. I also explained that I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this appointment and have a relative, dying in the hospital whom I'd like to visit. Not one word regarding that. I'm done. Too many chances.

Professional team along with an excellent job well done! The ease of setting up an appointment, text reminders, punctual and five star customer service is what you will experience with Alex and the Spartan crew. Very reasonable pricing with great service, plus my house exterior has never looked cleaner. Highly recommend, I will continue to be a repeat customer!
