        Great place, I purchased my 2024 SMR 450, Dan and joe were great to work with. Im so happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. I plan to go back and make an another purchase for my kids.

        I've been going to my local Honda dealer for 20+ years. CPS was there for me when I wanted to swap steel oil pump gears into my 18 KTM 350excf. They followed through quickly about a status for back-ordered goods, which have since been delivered. I **Highly** recommend this group.

        I had a great expierience trading in my 300xc for a new 300xcw!! DAN the sales manager was extremely helpful and explained everything to me clearly, and joe the salesman was helpful aswell. Hope to do business with them again in the future. Bang bang purchase

        Worst experience I've had with a dealer. I worked with a sales manager to put a deposit on a new bike that was supposed to be available in a few days. Weeks went by with no callback. I had to call multiple times and leave voicemails before eventually getting someone that would even attempt to help me. I later learned that the sales manager was no longer with the dealer, but somehow nobody was aware of my deposit. I was told there was still one bike available, so I said I would like to purchase it. The sales person told me they would call back shortly, but again they did not call back. A week or so later I learn that the owner decided to buy the bike after being told it was available. I'm at a loss for words. I understand things happen, but the terrible communication left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding this dealer in the future. Update: Dealer reached out after posting this review and went the extra mile to get me the bike. This was a much better experience and working with the sales manager Dan was fantastic. I just wish it didn't require a bad review to prompt the dealer to make it right. Water under the bridge now and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Dan again in the future.
