I was able to work with Julieanna Craig at this office to set up a life insurance policy. Julieanna was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional to work with. Had no problem with State farm when my previous agent was taken care of it unfortunately she had retired and then I got stuck with this Curt Smith State farm agency my account just got totally screwed up they screwed everything up there are incompetent my money for my car insurance was supposed to be taken out every month on the 15th never had any problem will heal the that agent that was running State farm before she retired and then once Curtis Smith took over all I did is have problems with my payment being tataken out of my accounttaken out of my account
