        Poor customer service. Ran an ad on radio. Called to discuss a job. Got answering machine, during regular business hours, no called back. I would say poser business.

        We had pipes burst and the carpets were wet a mess. Petes was referred to us by our plumber. John came out immediately and got dehumidifiers going to get the water up first. He came back wit his crew to clean the carpets. They look brand new! Better than when we moved in! I would totally recommend them for carpet cleaning and more. Very quick, professional and thorough. Service: Carpet steam cleaning
