        Took 2 weeks for them to start. They did not do any of the water removal or drying. Said itd been so long (because they didnt start) it wasnt needed. Heidi actied as though the mold inside the spaces the leak was were an inconvenience rather than part of their bid. Do not recommend and will never use them again. Refused to work with property manager and only the owner so OF COURSE it took forever. Every problem and delay was caused by heidi and her lack of proper communication Services: Flood restoration, Flood cleanup, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Mold remediation, Water damage-related mold removal

        You guys are awesome!!! I felt so helpless and your staff made me feel like they cared. I cant thank you and your staff enough. All staff were very professional, considerate, and kind. This was one of my worst days ever and you guys literally rescued me . I also liked that staff explained what was being done. I would/and have recommended property craft to others. Five stars all the way. I would give you even more stars. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
