Surprisingly, Ive never been to ulta or had my eyebrows waxed. I was greeted by Abby who seated me right away and offered me a water. She visited with me until Natalie came to do my treatment. They were both attentive and made me feel comfortable during my new experience. The store is exceptionally clean and well lit. This town isnt huge, so it came as a surprise to me how big the store was. It was like a candy store for ladies ( or guys) with lots of beauty products. Im glad to know where I can go for specific beauty products and services. Well done Ulta, well done.

Love the products yes very expensive had a hair appointment. They said they were going to text me and call me to confirm my appointment never did so I called them the night before. The lady told me my appointment was at 3:45 when I couldve sworn they said two, but I went with it by what the lady said because she was reading the book so she said Went the next day to get my appointment at 3:45 and they had canceled because my appointment was at 2 oclock and nobody want to talk about it. Nobody went to make another appointment. Not very happy with that situation. Probably my first haircut there now didnt happen then probably not gonna happen again . They need to get their stuff together. Those hairstyle people didnt even care that they made a mistake thats what's sad gave them my number to call me back never got heard from them again not very good. Customer service at all.
