This is a deserted building that is probably being used as a tax write off by an owner who does not live anywhere near Pueblo, Colorado. What is most sad about this is the notion that it has an excellent theater inside that goes back to the days of travelling Vaudvilleans, like Laurel and Hardy. I work next door for a real estate property manager and wish I could expand my repairs into the Colorado Building and bring live music performances to it for a business.
