If it were possible for me to give this place ZERO stars, I 100% would! This place is a joke!!!! Two years ago I tried to file my taxes through this company and it was the worst decision I ever made. Not only did they almost cost me $75,000 in fines due to filing them wrong (thank God we caught it before they put it through) we also had to beg, beg, and beg for our taxes to actually be done. After several months of nothing, we took our business elsewhere and had an amazing experience. This company is trash. They have also been calling us for two years trying to collect on taxes they DID NOT file. I recommended you save yourself the multi-year headache and do NOT use them for any of their services. I waited 2 years for them to leave me alone and get their business together instead of write this review but I will not be silent any longer. 10/10 do NOT recommend. They are still harassing my husband and I as of 04/06/2024. At this point, I feel as if they will haunt me forever.

Thom is smoke and mirrors. Do not risk using a company who doesn't communicate and has no respect for the clients. Its a dying circus over there. Trust all these reviews when we say stay away.

I have been using a CPA under this firm for 9 years and have stayed with this CPA through 2 acquisitions; first Kozleski and now ATLAS. The CPA I have been working with retired and for the last 2 years I have been working with Tom. I have scheduled 4 meetings with Tom. The first one he was 30 minutes late to. The second one I showed up to and they moved locations. I was not told that they moved locations - I learned this information from the sign on their door and the voicemail I reached when I called to reschedule. On my third appointment I arrived at the new location of off Pikes Peak and the entire office was closed. The last appointment I made, Tom was unable to meet with us because his meeting with his prior client went over so, my husband and I met with a woman who just started at the firm and was unaware of our tax situation or why we were there. After receiving a letter in the mail apologizing for how long it took to complete our taxes, I went to the office to sign for the taxes and pay my invoice. The cost of doing our taxes increased 150% with no notice! I asked for an explanation for the drastic increase; it has been a week, I have called back twice, and have not received a response. I am just going to pay the invoice to be done. Needless to say, I do not recommend ATLAS, this will be our last year working with this company, and I will be finding a new CPA.

I recently had the misfortune of entrusting my tax preparation to Atlas CPAs, and the entire experience left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, their services were riddled with problems and inefficiencies that made me question their competence as a tax preparation company. Allow me to share my scathing review, highlighting the numerous issues I encountered throughout this dreadful ordeal. First and foremost, Atlas CPAs failed to meet even the most basic standards of timeliness. Despite providing them with all the necessary documents well in advance, the process dragged on for weeks beyond the promised deadline. Their lack of urgency and failure to adhere to agreed-upon timelines showcased a severe lack of professionalism. If you value timely completion of your tax returns, I strongly advise against seeking their services. Communication with Atlas CPAs was an absolute nightmare. They were virtually unresponsive, taking days to reply to simple inquiries or failing to respond altogether. Attempting to get updates on the progress of my tax preparation felt like shouting into the void. It became abundantly clear that customer satisfaction and effective communication were not priorities for Atlas CPAs. Their blatant disregard for timely and clear communication was a significant source of frustration throughout the entire process. To add insult to injury, Atlas CPAs' online portal was a complete disaster. Navigating the portal was akin to navigating a labyrinth with no clear directions. The user interface was convoluted, unintuitive, and prone to glitches. It often took multiple attempts to upload documents, and even then, I had no guarantee they were received correctly. For a company that specializes in tax preparation, their digital infrastructure was shockingly inadequate, causing unnecessary headaches and wasting valuable time. Furthermore, their payment systems were abysmal. Atlas CPAs proved utterly incapable of processing payments efficiently. Every attempt to make a payment was met with technical errors, and when I sought assistance from their support team, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It seemed as if Atlas CPAs was more interested in making excuses than rectifying the issues plaguing their payment systems. Such incompetence and negligence are simply unacceptable. The overall experience with Atlas CPAs was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of timeliness, terrible communication, dysfunctional online portal, and inept payment systems combined to create a chaotic and frustrating ordeal. It is evident that they are ill-equipped to handle the demands of their clients, leading to a poor and unsatisfactory service. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing the services of Atlas CPAs. Their lackadaisical approach to timeliness, abysmal communication, and poorly designed digital infrastructure make them an unreliable and frustrating choice for tax preparation. Save yourself the stress and seek a reputable and competent tax preparation company that values its clients and delivers on its promises. Atlas CPAs has thoroughly disappointed me, and I hope that sharing my experience will help others avoid the same pitfalls I endured.
