      • Continuum Meditations

        I guess genuine customer service where CSRs actually greet their customers and focus on who's before them really is a thing of the bygone past. I am consistently seeing at these stores a tendency of the clerks to talk to everyone around them while simultaneously serving the customer in front of them. But when people don't truly care about their jobs, and when they know their employers don't genuinely care about them, mediocrity (and worse) becomes the rule rather than the exception.
