This might be a rare review because I didn't end up using Kitchen Factory.  However, I know that anyone reading this who is on the fence about going with them should definitely use them.  Shane is a gem of a human being and says it as it is.  He truly cares about the project and has great insight.   Given my situation, I wasn't able go with them.  However, I would highly recommend people to give them a chance or at the very least visit them.

We absolutely LOVE SHANE W.  because he saved our kitchen and helped us hone down a vision of the final result. He ALWAYS answered all of our calls and drew up better plans than our previous one which was done by an architect. He corrected her mistakes and gave us new ideas when he came to visit. Most important we laughed so much when we came to visit his showroom with our dog. He is a dear human being and whoever says otherwise  is probably not happy to begin with...
