Sales associates at both Simi store were customer centric and went above and beyond to answer my questions, exchange the wrong paint I bought. I cannot think of a different place to buy paint for my home. Excellent service! and great colors and quality paint.

The first time I went to the Moorpark store and besides the cashier being snotty I liked the paint so I went here to get paint for another project. I asked about a color and they told me they could not make that color. Um ok? I said any of the paint types is fine and they said they couldn't make that color in any of their paint varieties. Ok so I picked another color... no we can't make that color. Another one... no. And three more times! I asked about 6 different colors and you honestly couldn't make a single one?! Ok fine I went to Catalina paints and got some Benjamin Moore and I like it even better- and oh yeah they could make any color I wanted!

I went to buy paint yesterday at Sherwin Williams. Within seconds I was warmly greeted by Fran. She took a lot of time to help me select a paint color, give me advice, and recommend a paint choice. Her assistance, attention, and care were superlative. I highly recommend this store. The quality of paint is rated number one on the market and the customer care cannot be beat.   I'm not good at remembering names but her colleague assisted us at check out. Very friendly and helpful place to shop!
