Centenal Tax Service has done a credible job in preparation of my tax return for several years. I am concerned about the exorbitant rate now being charged for this service. It appears that they are seeking to concentrate only on high income clients.

Centenal Tax Group has been great. We were with our previous Enrolled Agent for decades. Prior to retiring he affiliated with Centenal Tax Group and they have followed in his footsteps with outstanding service.

Tod Conrow is the owner. He will not answer my emails. I just needed to ask if my 18 year old daughter needs to file a return and he would not respond to my email. I called the office multiple times without a call back. Finally, I threatened to take business elsewhere then he called. If he answers your emails its likely because he is losing costumers. When I first meet him he was the nicest soft spoken man I ever met. But dont let that fool you.
