Outstanding Service. Many places these days customer service isn't what it used to be. At Fastener Express, however, Customer Service reigns supreme. A little disappointed with my order. I ordered some M3x0.5x16mm flat head sockets that I _thought_ were torx heads because the description said "T6" in the title. They were in fact M2 hex heads (with M3 threading). All in all, seems like a good quality screw, they will get put away into my collection of fasteners and I am sure they will get used one day, they just are not what I was actually looking for. Additionally, I had ordered some low-profile nuts, and they were advertised as 3mm tall, but measure in at 3.4mm. Unfortunately, that might make them too tall for my purpose. Same deal as the screws, good quality product, will keep them and use them for something else in the future, but not what I was actually looking for right now. I guess my criticism can be boiled down to the specs for their offerings not being 100% clear. Right now, when you download the spec sheet, you get a sheet that covers all the nuts of the same type, but it lists the thread size in metric and all other dimensions in imperial. The listed part numbers on the sheet also don't have a translation to their numbers on Fastener Express. This, combined with some misleading titles on part pages, lead to some confusion as to what the spec of the parts actually were. For most of your jobs, I would expect they are going to get you good parts are good prices - shipping was fast too. But if you're deal with a project where fractions of a mm matter, they probably aren't the source you want to use, unless you're willing to roll the dice to potentially save a little money.

Excellent customer support, sales team, and fast shipping. When it comes down to getting aluminum hardware and in different colors they got all of them. Also they are 7075 grade aluminum. #1 place for r/c racers to order their hardware for the past 2 decades and knowing this because I'm a returning customer.

Good Evening I would like to thank you and your team for the prompt service . I have been a customer for 11 years and have never once had any issue . The last order i requested a 2 day delivery and with out fail you delivered. I know some times dealing with people is a thankless job and more times than not you get a complaint for something vs something you did well . I hope this e-mail puts a smile on some ones face .. with out question your service has put a smile on mine .. Fastener express went above and beyond my expectations! Professional customer service. You cant beat their pricing. Great quality of fasteners and screws. Quick turnaround for orders. Furthermore, you can ask them any question about screws and: fasteners and they have the answer. I would definitely come back time and time again to this business. Highly recommended!
