Not a good experience with this company here. Always bugging for payment payment payment how about just take 1 payment and be done with it. Bunch of preppy ppl stiff and uptight

Online booking was easy, fair priced, and smooth. We arrived in town late so the search for the open counter was a feat.The counter attendants were laid back, maybe a little too much as they bamboozled us on local gas prices, making us feel stupid to not buy the prepaid half tank. Upon leaving the airport we quickly realized gas wasn't as much as they proclaimed. After arriving back at the airport with more than half a tank and pointing out we were bamboozled by the prepay price; Rosa the receiving attendant saved this review. Not only did she recognize we were over in returning gas she also compensated us for the overcharge in prepay gas. Thanks Enterprise for hiring people like Rosa at (John Wayne airport Enterprise) and making our rental car experience Great.
