      image Worst customer service ever. We went to select tile for our project at our home. We waited 45 mins to be helped. Spent another hour selecting tile with the rep and mapping everything out. She then was going to email us with a quote since it was close to closing time. After a few days we did not receive an email so I then made several calls and left messages to reach out to the rep. I finally was able to connect with her and she said one of our selections was no longer available and she would email more ideas. Guess what? No email, no return call. I have used Daltile for years and after this experience I have moved on to another tile shop in the area.
