A worked with Britton on damage from a roof leak in my daughter's room. His response was fast and his understanding of the issues and how to deal with them was complete. He then provided with the information i needed to communicate effectively with my insurance. During the clean-up he was always in close communication with me and answered texted straight away, even on his birthday (sorry about that, buddy). His team was polite, quick, efficient and respectful of our home. His pricing was very competitive and he was always upfront with every detail. I very much recommend his team.

Finally! Start up company, so I'm thrilled to type up the first review. The team is great! They'll make sure your needs are met with the fullest concern for your safety. These guys take those extra measures for cleanliness and order. I had severe mold growth in my closets the had to be remediated and the demo was extensive. Seltzer Restoration Solutions executed the demo with minimal dust up and kept the workspace clear to assure cross contamination was under control. By the end of the job, the contaminated area smelled better than the other areas of my home. They did an excellent job overall and beat the rates of the competition out there who were quoting an absurd amount for the same process. The owner had managed a big company prior so I had full confidence in allowing this company to move forward with the work, and relieved I did! Great work, Seltzer Restoration Solutions!
