Usually I receive my returns pretty fast after it is filed but I did not this time. So towards end of the month I was worried and I wrote back to Hashaw but not heard back. Later I followed with another email again nothing so I called their San Diego location. After a few back and forth I was told that in their system they could not locate my payment therefore they have not filed my taxes. Of course they have received my payment as I have a printed copy from them and online bank statement that shows the $210 that they have charged me on April 8th.
They apologized but not yet offered a solution now as their agents including Hashaw don't work pass the tax season. So I'm trying to figure out what to do on my own. Anyone whom might have gone something like this please let me know if you have any suggestions?
