This company is not a 24 hour service. They are misrepresenting that they are on their Google business page, which wastes peoples time. I would know. I called this company for help with an emergency and the woman told me they would not be able to send someone to help me until regular business hours. Ok, so dont waste other peoples time, especially when they are having an emergency situation, with false advertising. So lame.

Such a well run and reliable business! They are always communicative, prompt, helpful, honest, and well priced. Ive called them for a couple different plumbing needs (mysterious leak under the kitchen sink, and clogged toilet), and have been super happy with their service every time. For the toilet clog, their price was $80 less than what others quoted me, which I really appreciated. Their availability is great too and they can always come out within 1-2 days. Shout out to Brian for helping us figure out the kitchen leak! It was not an easy one.

Used Team Rooter to install toilets, replace old cast iron drains and sewer line. The work wasn't cheap but worth it for quality and professionalism. Overall, we're pleased with the work and appreciate that they'll stand by it with warranty on installation and material. Thank you for doing an excellent job!

WARNING WARNING, They were called to my house for a kitchen sink and bathtub clog. This company has a habit of coming out for a routine call and then saying they cant fix it without a bunch of extra work in the amount of $4500. They cut a hole in my bathroom drywall because they couldnt unclog the bath drain and said they needed access the drain and install clean out. Not only did they NOT unclog the drain they also cut a hole in the metal vent pipe without authorization! They said they could reach the pipe to install cleanout because it was behind the shower tile so they just decided to break the metal vent pipe on their own and still didnt fix it. They said they were out of options and then sent me another extra work quote for 10k to remove bathtub and jackhammer concrete to access bathtub drain pipe. I called a different plumber and he came out and unclogged it in less than an hour through the actual bathtub drain. Didnt need to cut drywall or install clean out or break metal vent pipe. Had to pay over 2000 dollars to get metal vent pipe repaired by a real plumbing company. Also needed to get someone to repair huge hole in my drywall. Stay away especially if they quote you $4500 of extra work. This is a tactic they use. Called to ask to a speak to manager and supervisor about the broken vent pipe and was told they would call back. They never did. Lets just say I am contacting a lawyer and seeing if this is a trend of malpractice. 10,000 quote from this company and damage to property versus $200 dollars from other plumber with no damage.
