They operate a chop shop. They rip people off on towing for the city. No negotiation on cash. No sympathy for situation even when, it's a wrong impound. It's all about money to them. They're arrogant and rude. I would never use them for any towing.

I swear they do underhanded deals with the police to basically steal people's cars "legally".... As though having your life turned upside down because of a drunk hit and run wasn't enough, they rack up the bill so fast that it is impossible to get your vehicle out. Then in my situation they "sell" my car while I'm in the hospital for 70$ to some "lien company" and put me in collections for 3,000 in "owed bill" for the time they had my car held hostage before selling it to themselves for nothing. Unbelievable shady business and should be held accountable for this garbage.

I was calling around to find a tow company for my car and to price them so I could get the best price....they where the nicest people and lead me to the right place.

This place picked an expired registration on purpose to make my dad come and pick it up which is crazy!
