        I called ahead and asked if anyone there knew what a Papion dog was, they Hesidated oh yes they said, then in God's ..name why did I get a Poodle back I mean come on, if don't know what a papion is then don't cut down the dog, I payed $ 70 dollar's and I told them leave him the way he is just to cut the nails and clean the pads that's it, no Jimmy cut him like a poodle, he is no poodle. Yeah I'm pissed

      I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the service. You were booked for a haircut, that’s what your groomer did. At time of check in he went over exactly what you’d like, and showed you the clipping length chart. We all know what a Papuan is. I don’t fully understand- you asked if he knew what a Papion was, for a bath and nails/paw shave? No groomer here would give a dog that’s there for a bath…. A haircut. Anyone that’s not happy at our shop , can say so at pick up. I would of refunded your money. But you booked a haircut and paid for a haircut, but you only wanted a bath?
