Mestre Mindinho is an amazing instructor and takes his time with the kids, always playing games and giving them an incredible work out the benefits of Capoeira are endless!

I joined the group a year ago,still amazed by the energy and motivation we get every time from Mestre Mindinho. Really fun activity suitable for absolutely anyone of any age and any physical shape! A blend of acrobatics, singing and overall excellent cardio exercises. Highly recommend!

It was a really great experience to learn such an active Martial arts. Every time I go the people make you feel welcomed and support you in learning how to do the movements. The teacher know just what to say to keep you motivated. They have a free class for first timers.

Ive been coming here over two months and I ABSOLUTELY love this place and capoeira! Words cannot describe the amazing experience and joy and skills Ive learnt. I can say its the most genuine group you will meet and fell in love with. #hookedoncapoeira
