I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone its horrible no wonder its always empty they are rude at the front desk as well as they false advertise on Priceline to be a 3 star hotel and there a -2 hotel the water barely works theres trash by floor in pool hallway the sheets have stains walls are dirty and shower is damaged and old you do not want to stay here attached are pictures idk how people are reviewing this as 4 stars it also looks like people live there near pool area they must except homeless vouchers

The room was good and clean but my only issue was the bathroom it was dirty especially the shower.
Nearby activities: Hotel is near downtown which is nice.

We had to wait over 2 hours after check in time because the rooms were not ready. The front office staff were so rude. The first time we went to check in we were told to come back at a certain time. When we arrived the second time the lady with the short blondish hair said it would be 30 minutes, when I mentioned that that's what was said before, she shrugged her shoulders and said "well I wasnt here earlier" while quite literally leaving the office and left me standing there. Needless to say, it wasnt another 30 minutes. The reviews you are reading are spot on. Nobody is lying. It's an old hotel and if it's been renovated, they've done a terrible job. Everything is old, our bathroom door also had seen better days. Their beds are in rollers so don't sit too hard. We blind booked from Priceline and were offered a 3 star hotel... this is 1.5 at best.
Basically the only thing they have going is their location.

I've discovered a trend in Palm Springs where old motels from 60 years ago are haphazardly "updated," and that's what this one is. Luckily we were not one of the people who found mold on the walls or bugs in our bed, but the quality of the room was unacceptable for the price or maybe even for humanity. Paint chipping, a broken chair, unclean shower, a big kick dent in the bathroom door. I felt dirty staying there and I still feel dirty a month later!
I'd say only consider this place if you're on a budget, but even then, the prices were very high. This shouldn't be more than $60/night based on the quality of the rooms, or if you absolutely have to crash somewhere for one night then it's probably acceptable. Show up late, go right to sleep, wake up early and leave. It's not a place to "stay" in palm springs.
I wasn't looking for the "beach club vibe" but you should know there is no "Beach Club" it's just a regular weird pool behind the motel. It's also quite loud - you can hear through the walls pretty easily.
Motels like this should not be allowed to operate. There have got to be some health codes being violated and it's a huge rip off.
