Technology Angelz

Technology Angelz were recommended to me to help my tech challenged friend with a network problem in his new residence near Palm Springs. When I contacted Toby (Tobie?) by phone from Phoenix, he was courteous, professional, and sympathetic to the plight of a technology challenged new resident. He contacted my friend, showed up in a timely manner, and quickly took care of the problem at a more than reasonable price. Toby was great and my friend and I remain grateful. A pleasure to recommend.

For computer repair and Apple MacBook repair services, Tobby and his crew at Technology Angelz are unbeatable.  They are amazing for software as well as hardware repairs and have fixed many of our computers for us on multiple occasions.  The best in Palm Springs and very reliable.  5 Stars!

After reading one negative review recently, I can sympathize with the complaint. Have you had experience that the business could not promptly answer in a timely manner to your repeatedly requests and you don't get answers? That is the one you should avoid. It is very unethical and unprofessional. They simply are not interested in catering or serving customers, but for their own interest in making money. I do not want to deal with this kind of sleazy business.

This was a great company when it started .... but there is a reason  no one has written a review in a over  a year ....their service has gone steadily down hill ...  to the point where customer service is non existent  .   They  took a Blu ray from me to up date 4 months ago ...and after repeated promises ...when I  could finally get them on a phone or e mail .. they swore that it would be returned to me ... though not serviced or updated ..it has never shown up . ... and once again they are unreachable .
