      • Horrible customer service! I came in before 4pm and bank closes at 5pm. I waited on someone to help me with opening new account and invest over 80k of new money. Noone assisted me. After waiting 15min, I approached the banker and was told to wait more and after I was told it's too late because it takes an hour to make new checking account. Ridiculous. So I ended up being late for an hour appointment, even though I was there waiting to be assisted.

        Horrible. Asked for $20 in quarters and somehow it took nearly 20mins. Something about caution against money laundering and other nonsense bank lady in charge was super weird and out of touch to say the least. Dont go to this branch unless you have lots of time and a patient sense of humor.

        Keep your $ anywhere else but here. The people in the branch are amazing but they have very few branches so you will have to call india for customer service. These customer service reps are some of the worste in the business because even in India Citi executives are hiring low grade people to save as much $ as they can for their lavish life styles while customers who make this possible suffer. I am personally disgusted by this banks upper management they are shameless.
