JD answered the call on the first ring, came right over, diagnosed the problem with just telling him what was going on and had us back up and running in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable about our system. Made some suggestion on how to make our system run more efficiently and will not be doing our bi-yearly servicing. 10/10 would definitely recommend him and his company!

Short but true. Bought a unit Palm Springs as it is, never check the AC for 6 months, did not know its condition , it was a old unit. Called Valdez AC , honest , reliable and know what he is doing, The AC in the unit is working 100% as the furnace too.

JD was a lifesaver. he did a second opinon call and found there was no fault with my unit! I was able to get a refund from Blair and Valdez did the call for no fee. I am committed to them for life. Once you find people working in integrity in any business that is priceless. Trust these guys!
