Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating option. I was offered a special, limited subscription rate on 2.22.2022, called the "Twosday Sale". A two year digital subscription for $22USD. Great! I subscribed and the $22.00 was charged to my credit card. However, no access to the paper. Multiple calls to the customer service line results were only that the representatives were baffled because they said the subscription connected with my assigned account number had been canceled on 2.23.2022. Huh? Meanwhile, I get an email saying that I have to "complete " my subscription, the terms of which are now $1 per month for 6 months and $14.99 after that. They've charged me for the subscription and now want more? This is a bait and switch, pure and simple. We've asked for the $22 charge to be refunded on my credit card. They tell me that it was charged through a "3rd party" so they can't do it. Hmmm... the billing on my credit card statement says "psdesert sun". I will challenge the charge through my credit card. Still bad
