      Hi Zia,Our apologies to you. We did try to call the number you provided in your email but it goes to a company voicemail and not able to reach you. If you had left a cell phone to reach you, it would have made it easier to connect with you. The property has some title issues that the trustees are working to get cleared up so we have had a stall on getting the listing live on the market. For now, we are on hold and not able to give any details until this issue gets resolved by the attorney. We appreciate your patience and please know there are many sides to a scenario and it’s not our preference how slowly this process has been for us as well on getting this listing to the open market.
