Tanler Termite and Pest Control

Had a good initial inspection, so we hired them for termite service. The technicians that came were not the most friendly. They left foot prints all over my floor, but it's understandable. However, their post work interaction was the worst. I was referred by a friend, and according to their site, there should be a $100 referral fee for my friend. After multiple calls and promises of return calls, I have yet to hear back from them. Both my friend and I spent $3-5k on services for our homes, so it's ridiculous they are not honoring their promotion.

The technicians were on time for our scheduled appointment, were polite and completed the job to our satisfaction. It was easy to reach the company via phone whenever I reached out with questions. Adriana and Heather were great!

In a field with a lot of questionable companies, we read good things about Tanier Termites. And our experience with them recently was first rate. Jesus came to the house, was very professional, experienced, answered all questions,, a terrific representative of the company, and he recommended treatment in several areas. A few days later, the work was completed by two workers who obviously knew what they were doing, were very knowledgeable, efficient, respectful of our property and nice guys to boot. The home office was equally knowedgeable and helpful when i called with questions. Overall very impressed and will certainly call them again if and when our wood-eating friends return again to munch on my house. Highly recommend this company.

From start to finish Tanler Termite was great. Jesus the inspector was knowledgeable and very good at explaining things. He listened to me and didn't dismiss my concerns. The office contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment. With other companies, I've had to call to confirm. Anthony, the technician was on time, and also good at explaining things. He did his work efficiently with little disruption. Also has a very pleasant personality. I would definitely use Tanler again, although I hope not too soon!
